I called my mom for Mothers Day and was informed that she has been going through daily chiropractic therapy for her hip. Also that my stepfather was going three times a week for shoulder therapy. Please pray these treatments help their situations respectfully.

Prayer for a coworker named Jim Bigelow. Jim went in for a stress test on his heart Monday, and they didn't come out very well. He had 5
arteries that were 40% to 100% blocked. They transported him to Riverside Hospital where they did angioplasty and put stints in. Now he is DEFINITELY feeling better. He was cutting up and cracking jokes like crazy (and laughing for a change) - but he did tire easily. He has much
better color in his cheeks and looks good. He should be able to go home today and will be out the remainder of this week.

Well, finally some good news. Sam has made some terrific progress and he is in extremely good spirits! The trach was removed last Friday
evening (he can now talk), he no longer has pneumonia, kidneys are functioning normally, and he is probably going to be moved to rehab
today or tomorrow. He actually called me Sunday afternoon and we talked for about 15-20 minutes. He obviously still has some heart issues, but in Sam's words, he intends to be back at work and I'm certain he will.

Praise the Lord for the outpouring of generosity from my coworkers. Not only did they allow me to say the prayer before our pot luck this week, they gave me a gift card valued at SEVENTY DOLLARS from Kroger. This is practically as much as I spend there every two weeks. God is truly good to an unworthy sinner like me.

The HBC Soul Winners went out again last night to work for the Lord and were given another victory in that 6 more souls received Jesus Christ as there Savior!! Praise His Name!!!!
